We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Labor Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is both hands-on and strategic — you’ll need to think outside the box while staying focused on task execution and safety. We value a proactive mindset and a strong “get-it-done” attitude.
Flex Schedule: We’ll send you available shifts, and you can choose based on your own availability — making it easy to balance work with your personal schedule.
$15 – $19/hour (depending on skills & experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and restoration work.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, or restoration preferred.
Must Have
- Valid Work Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with restoration, remediation, or job site tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation services.
- OSHA or IICRC certifications (or interest in obtaining them).
